How many ways we can share a record in Salesforce?

There are many way we can share a record:-

1. Role Hierarchy
2. OWD
3. Manual Sharing
4. Criteria Based Sharing rules
5. Apex sharing

Role Hierarchy:- We can give record access by role to another role

OWD:- OWD can be Private, Public Read Only, Public Read and Write.

Manual Sharing:- Manual Sharing is sharing a single record to single user or group of users. We can see this button on detail page of the record and this is visible only when OWD setting is private.

Criteria Based Sharing rules:- We can give record label access to user, it has mainly work two type criteria.
a) Owner wise
b) Field condition wise

Apex sharing:- Share object is available for every object (For Account object share object is AccountShare ). If we want to share the records using apex we have to create a record to the share object.
